The Joplin Little Theatre 2013 CHILDREN’S SUMMER WORKSHOP will offer three weeks, with two sessions each day. We welcome back Lisa Wood, who directed the workshop last summer.

To enroll your child, please download, print and fill out the enrollment form. Payment can be made via cash, check, PayPal or credit card. Spaces are limited! Enrollment forms and payment must be returned to the theatre via mail, in-person (box office or scheduled enrollment event), or email.

This cost is $55.00 per session, per child.
Because we are now accepting multiple forms of payment, following is information on each method:
Cash: simplest form. Please bring cash during the scheduled enrollment events, or to the JLT box office during normal box office hours.
Check: checks can be accepted in person during scheduled enrollment events, or at the box office during normal box office hours. Checks can also be mailed to: PO Box 374, Joplin, MO 64801 Please make checks payable to Joplin Little Theatre. If paying for multiple children with a single check, please make note of their names and the amount per child.

FROM THE DIRECTOR:
My name is Lisa Wood (a.k.a. Lisa Hardy-Bell) and I am thrilled to be coming back to Joplin Little Theatre’s Summer Program for children and young adults!
We will be offering 6 sessions of workshop again this summer and a main stage production. Any of our young people enrolled in a session will be given the opportunity to follow through with what they have learned by participating in the summer production. Classes during the sessions will range from stage designs to building, make-up and costuming, character development and stage presentation. There will be song and dance, but the emphasis this summer will remain on techniques in acting and design. Participants will be involved with painting sets, learning about lighting, and working backstage. We will be assisted in our daily work by many of our talented local youth!
Lots of energy and hands-on fun is in store for all!
